Default brake pads

it looks as if it is time for new brake pads in the rear
where do you guys get your vehicle brake pads serviced?
dealership?
local oil change?
how much do you guys spend in the process?

I do brake jobs myself and get the parts online from www.sewellpartsonline.com with the CL member discount.

Got the pads changed and rotors re-surfaced for $200 today at a certified shop, nice owner, clean shop, treated me well, and kept me informed the entire way through.

Newport Lexus wanted $445, sorry no deal Newport.
