I was suprised how easy this is. You are probably adjusting the wrong screws. You will see a little cutout in the fender right behind the headlight under the hood. Just use a really long phillips head and your golden.

Yea i just found that screw under the fender, wow what a mission... I guess I should have lexus adjust it... I am getting way to frustrated now... But thanks for all the info guys !
Just get a long screw driver like someone mentioned earlier.. You seem like the type that wants things done right away...Going to the dealer might take at least half your day.. just a thought

I already have an appointment 2morrow at 10 am to fix the dash rattles. I will just tell the service guy to please check my headlights and make sure they are inserted properly and aligned . I have nothing to do 2morrow anyways, no work, no school ! They also hooking me up with a loaner, thank god... Anyways thanks again for your feedback.

Ask them what they did to fix your rattle tomorrow... Mine is starting to annoy me so I just crank up the volume as a quick fix. haha
Here's a thread where I posted some pics of the correct hole used for adjusting them vertically. Start w/ posts #21, 26, and 30. I show the screwdriver used, location of the hole, etc. It's not hard to do once you have the correct tool and adjuster hole.

The owners manual is horribly elusive and there's no need to adjust controller B or what ever the hell they said by the same # of turns. Each dealer should be required to recall each owner's manual and add this stamp on the pages describing how you can adjust your headlights...
