What you need to find out is how does the "sport mode" on the GS compare to sport 1, sport 2, and sport 3 on Tom's LTCS. If the sport mode is the same as sport 3 on the LTCS, it would be a waste of money, IMHO. But if the throttle response from the LTCS is better than sport mode, then it's a good mod to get. You should send an email or PM to Luis @ Carson Toyota for more info.
I ordered it from Carson, it does alot more than you would think! I asked Toms about it very neat toy but its taking forever to come-in from Japan...lol
I think it'll change how the throttle feels. Think it was made because people complained about how the throttle feels delayed or indirect. I think right now its a wired system and it'll change to a direct system. Anywho, I'm sure someone could elaborate more with a definite answer
If it is the same, it simply takes the lag out of throttle response and gives the feel of increased acceleration, but obviously, it does not increase your speed. The cost for the sprint booster is about half of the toms.

I dont see the need for a mod like this on a car like this IMO. Its more of a mod for a G35, 335,S4. This big girl is not made for racing. I miss driving a sporty sedan, but the lux factor on the GS has opened my eyes to comfort and cruising. She is a boulevard cruiser not a racer imo. Sounds interesting but I dont think the way I drive this big girl, this mod is not going to add driving excitement. This car needs sway bars more than anything out there IMO. She leans like a drunken sailor. She has never lost traction, but that lean doesnt inspire alot of confidence under hard driving. Hey val be sure to post your opinion on the mod when you finally get it in from japan. I dumped 16K into my G35 and I am not interested in tuning to the teeth then the car gets old, and I get bored and away goes all of the time, money, and headache. I will take it slow on this car. Relative to my last car this thing , although nicely tuned, is pretty basic. But I love the look and the way she feels just cruising.

FYI, the 450h has APSSS, which IMHO, are like a set of aftermarket sways. With the 450h slammed and equipped with APSSS, I'm fairly confident that she won't "lean like a drunken sailor"!
Check this Lexus demo video and see why I'm so gungho about the 450h!
what is APSSS, not sure what feature you are referring to. Is it a sway bar set or the adjustable suspension. My GS has the tein cst with the EDFC so I can add some handling ability at the cost of some ride quality. sway bars give you better handling with no loss of ride quality unless off road or on uneven surfaces.

APSSS = Active Power Stabilizer Suspension System
It's a system available for the GS460 and GS450h. It works in conjunction with AVS and pre torques the sway bars to help reduce body roll.
