Default new wheel/tire mount

I need to replace one of my G-Spider wheels on my 2007 GS and was wondering if I should go to dealer to have damaged wheel removed, tire removed and mounted onto new wheel & also transfer TPMS sensors to new wheel. The TPMS also needs to be reset i think. Should I chance it and go to a local tire store Or should I have this performed by Lexus? Anyone have any experience or thoughts ? What should I expect to pay for this if I go to Lexus Service?

since you are using a TPMS sensor that is already recognized by your car it does not have to be programmed in again. Most capable tire shops can handle the swap. You may need a fit kit to remount the sensor, don't know what condition the gasket now is. Since it is only a year old, it may be in very good condition and reusable. Most likely you will just need to re-initialize the TPMS system after the remount (just a push of a button),
