Default Vibration when slowing 06 GS 430

Has anyone experienced a problem with an 06 GS 430 of pulsation when slowing. We detected a pulsation of the vehicle (not the brake) when the brake is depressed and the vehicle is almost stationary" or coming to a stop. I am not sure what the problem is. Could it be a brake actuator?

you sure your rotors aren't warped. if you have warped rotors, when you brake, you get pulsation / vibration

If your in the PWR mode for the engine, the transmission will shift
to a lower gear as you come to a stop. It could be this your feeling.

I am "almost" sure it's the warped rotors...

that's exactly how you would feel

If you are feeling the vibration as you are slowing down, then it is the downshifting that you are feeling. For cars with louder engines/mufflers like my Maserati, it is very noticeable, but for the ultra-quiet Lexus you can barely tell, as you can feel a very faint vibration.

Thanks for the responses, but the brakes are new and when the brakes are not being applied the vibration is still produced. It's like something mechanical is coming on, only when slowing down, coasting. So, the brakes and trans are working well, but there is something else, again ligthly felt in the car and on the pedals. I am planning to bring the car into the dealer, but want to have as much information as possible insure there is a fix.

sound like the vibration felt when downshifting. the lexus is so quiet that you don't really hear the downshift, but you feel it slightly in the brake pedal. completely normal.
