Default Dash rattle advice

I had windshield clip TSIB performed on my 07 GS350 AWD back in January. The rattle came back after a week but dissapeared when weather started to warm. Today with temps in 90's the rattle came back ! I though this only happened when it was cold. I am debating wether to bring it back to dealership to let them attempt to fix it or to wait until it gets cold again. I'm afraid if I bring it in now they might not be able to duplicate it. Was wondering if anyone else experienced this in warm weather ?

Take it in. You need the current felt kit no matter what it does in the winter. jmho.

A felt kit can be done for any of the dash rattles and can help rule out the windshield. Just show them where the rattle is and ask for the felt kit to be done.

The felt kit is what the dealer called a wind noise kit and a noise kit, there is 2 kits all together. Its mostly for the creaking noise on the dash and the lower windshield area.
The ticking noise is cause by the window clips. I had the lower clips removed when they felted my dash board, but I still have the upper clip which makes a ticking noise.

Rattles are not reliability issues, if you are reading the CR report regarding the 08 GS350 AWD, its all BS. There is no suspension issue in the 08 as far as I know, some 06 and 07 AWD have a vibration problem but thats very few and far in between. No audio issue that I know of. The dash rattle issue is very similar in the IS and the GS, the problems are the dashboard and windshield clips.
