I already bought Isimple and had it installed. Work nice, still need to really learn how to use. Also learning how to use ipod/itunes as well (bought at the same time).

no... only 2010+ have usb/ipod... before that there was only aux

I have been looking at the ISimple as well and it seems to have mixed reviews. I basically keep my Ipod on shuffle, so will I still be able to use it with the Ipod connection?

You neee the right cassette adapter. some have problems with balance, some with fader, and some just sounds like crap. The Monster 800 is best one I've used thus far.

The Isimple works very well, sounds great. Bestbuy.com list the product $179.00 with simple install, but it ended up costing $220.00 installed for the GS430.
