Default Lex Corp Complaint address

Does anyone have an address to lexus corp where I can write to?? I want to complain about the quality of the Dunlops that came with my '06 GS....low tread life & noisy as hell. Maybe they can ease the pain of getting into a new set of tires at 17,300 miles.

I've owned every gen GS that has come out and although I like the lines of the 3rd gen it's these little things that are bugging the crap out of me and making look at BMWs for my next purchase.

Thanks for the info

Honestly, you're just wasting your time if what you're gonna complain about is tire tread life...

you can try sending a complaint to dunlop directly. some tires just have lower tread life than others.

Agree with others, tires are such a subjective issue, too many variables like driving style, commute type, air pressure, balance & alignment.

Armand, if you had most of your services on your Lexi done at the same dealership, your best bet is to see if they'll replace the front tires as a goodwill gesture - it doesn't hurt to ask...

I'll give the dealership first crack good idea. I have been working with longo for the past 10+ years and they've made lots of money off me.

My '08 GS came with a window sticker actually warning the buyer to expect a low tire life. This was likely a result of customer complaints.

I had the dealer swap for non-RFT Michelins before I took possession.
