Does anyone know where are the 10 speakers are for the standard audio system? I found the speaker placement for the ML system on Lexus.com but there was no info on the standard system.

You'll find them behind the visible speaker grills thoughout the car - 3 on the dash by the windshield, one in each of the front doors, 2 in each of the rear doors, and the subwoofer, which I think is in the middle of the back deck. Hope that helps.

 

Thanks maddawg350. So the standard system is missing the 2 mid range on the rear deck and 2 mid range in the front door?

 

How good are the standard ML speakers ?
Do they worth replacing with high end one or they already are pretty much as good as they can be ?

 

I say they are pretty damn good when it comes to the radio. IMO, they need to step up the power. But the speakers are pretty good already.

 

I agree, I took apart my door panel on my GX470 and the non ML speakers are pretty good. Not top of the line but above average, not worth replacing.
