LOL, the guy just showed us the light! and u want to adjust your bubble! jk, totally understand why taking apart wouldnt be worth it.. me on the the other hand already have to from damage..

is this the adjustment for the high beam? and i was not aware of a horizontal adjustment for the headlight??

Yes that is for the high beam...

One more thing to keep in mind fellas.. There are TWO adjustment screws for the headlight... If you open up the white cap for the headlight so you can reach your bulb, you will see a small manual gauge that has numbers on it and a red line for "0"

You need to adjust both screws for the light to aim centered or else it can be off either to the left or right depending on how the one adjustment screw was messed with... You can access the other adjustment when you undo the fender liner and look at the backside of the headlight...
