why cant the car lock while the engine is on like the infinity ???

 

Shouldn't the question be "why CAN you lock the Infiniti while the engine is running?"

 

When you're in park and the engine is running, it will not lock, however when you're in drive it should either auto lock into drive or you can manually lock it yourself. This is an item that can be changed through your LPS - Lexus Personalized Settings. You have up to a year to have it changed by your local Lexus dealer. Your first LPS settings change is complimentary. Anything after that will have a fee.

 

You mean you want to start the car, leave the car and lock from the outside?

It'd be nice for winter warm-ups...

 

get the remote start then if that's what youre wanting to do. It works for comfort access cars.

 

 

no i understand but just like quick stops u know just leaving the car on lock it go to the store and unlock it thats all lol
