Thank you clublexus for "search" feature. I already scheduled an appointment for Monday, but then decided to use the search just in case. It saved me a 80 miles R/T to the dealer. Problem solved.

This is weird. I had the check system error today, and it happened after: I filled up air in my tires, switched the child lock on, and filled up gas with mid grade gasoline.

Default Complimentary car wash worth damage?

My Lexus dealership offers "free complimentary car washes" which I was at first excited about. The car wash area seems to have attitudes (probably not paid enough) and recently I noticed damage on my rear bumper consistant with another vehicle possibly rear ending it "slightly". There are a few indentations on left, middle and right side of bumper. I keep my car garaged, rarely take out and am very careful where I park. I have seen when they get busy the cars look bumper-to-bumper and now I am wondering if it could have happened at the thier car wash. Has anyone experienced any kind of damage from their "complimentary" dealership car wash and if so, how was it handled?
