i read some where that the 08 GS350 is electroniaclly limited to 143 mph. I was wondering is there a way to remove the speed limitor or is there a way to bypass it.
I never saw it sold in the states, maybe because "Renewal of a vehicle computer is necessary. Meanwhile, please understand it beforehand because you cannot move a vehicle." I believe that translated from engrish means that you have to send your ECU to them and they tweak it so you can't use (or move) your car in the meantime...
Nice! I have had criminal speeding as well. My old car had the sped limiter removed and it was done by a shop in LA called technosquare. I think they work on nissan vq's but I have seem hondas and other makes there. These guys increased timing, changed ignition maps, pushed up my redline, and got rid of the speed limiter. It took maybe 2.5 hrs and made a freakn huge difference. Of all the mods I did to the old g35 (about 14 K) that was the mod that you could feel the most. It took all the parts and brought them all together
that sucks. why do they install a limitor anyway. bc i notice that some cars have them and them some cars dont. so is it just each manufacter chooses which cars to put limitors on
