i used to smoke in the car... i didnt ash in it... foruntately i dont live in the forest... the pavement sees the buts... as long as you let the car air out, its fine. only downside is i gave the driver side pillar a tiny burn... if i have a 2 hr drive up to LA its a guarnatee that ill have to light up... i dont think its a real big deal though as long as ur careful...
Yo Flex...I think there's a topic in Detailing on smoking in your Lex....Me...no smoking in my GS(wait till I get home and "fire" up in the garage)...don't even let the kids eat in my ride:-)...toooo **** right now.
Besides...would hate to see a hot cherry flying off a smoke or a seed(j/j) popping out and burning my leather.
it's a car, not a shrine. ...sorry bro mines a shrine to me or at least treat it like one.
And yes, you can smoke in your car without getting ash all over the place.
No you cant! No matter how hard u try......ash still gets in places. Not to mention the smell!! All you people that smoke in your cars and say it doesnt smell.....yeah right!
Honestly, if you know how to smoke in a car, there wouldn't be any ash and smell...
Trick is to crack only one window open a little bit and keep the cigarette outside at all times.
Did you ever hear of particulate contamination?? Cigarette smoke is not just smoke but a combination of smoke and fine particles that float around and adhere to anything they come in contact with. Why do you think it's so hard to get the smell out of the drapes, you clothes, your house in general, not to mention your lungs?

That is true, but the way that he mentioned will get you the least lingering smell in your car. I have had friend's smoke in my car doing that and it still smells like new leather.
I never smoke in the GS are you crazy? Its too classy in there to pull out a bogey.. but my boy popped out a ooohwop scomma (2 dutchies together) and we had to burn the tree. It was like crackin a bottle of bub on the side of the yacht, like a bon voyage smoke or something.. blessed it haha. I was bonvoyaged fo sho. on the reals tho-
for those that smoke in the car and still think it can smell like new car, it is obviously that yourself smells like smoke so your nose bypass your own odor
for us non smokers, trust us, it smells nasty no matter how hard you try to avoid getting the smell in the car.
and personally will never buy a vehicle that's been smoked in constantly.
