yea none of our car in CA have plates, who cares, it's only a 10 dollar fix it ticket.

having a front plate on car is like seeing a hot celebrity with braces, just nasty.

Also, Arizona doesn't need front plates they have camera that captures rear plates only, why can't the rest of the states adapt to these..

 

I'd like to see a study on how a front plate affects aerodynamics at high speeds if at all.

 

looks good in silver...will have to see in person if it looks as good on darker colored cars

 

The changes are subtle, but if I have to pick, I prefer the 08 a little more.

I seriously think they should've implemented the infamous Lexus tail light update!!!

I love their ultimate tail light designs...the GS needs it badly.

Kinda unheard of for Lexus to change the look (albeit just a bit) after a couple years of the new design.

The 2GS didn't really change much from 98-05.

Go figure.

 

I wonder if the front bumper bolts on seamlessly to the 06/07 model...

 

I like the '08 much better than the 06/07. The lights and bottom fog light area modification make the front end look more "dynamic" and aggressive. I also like the turn signals on mirrors from a safety standpoint. I bike, so when I'm by a driver that has the signals and they actually use them, it helps me to know that they're turning.

 

I actually like the 08 look alot. The new front bumper gives off a much more aggressive look than the 07s. That said, I don't think the additional 3k to 4k you'd have to pay to get an 08 is worth it.

 

At Dealership yesterday and had a side by side view of the 07 vs. the 08.... The 08 Won for me... It looks a little more refined and aerodynamic... not as rounded... as if the goal was to give the GS a little more character to compete with the BMW 5 series... I like it...to each his own!
