I do not know why something so simple needs so much explanattion. It is a straightforward procedure if you read the manual first, and it does not matter which brand you use. You can get them on line for around $10-$12 each, or you can cut one out from a home A/C filter. It is not a magical filter.
That's a good deal if I can find a free shipping code. Without it, it's another $5.46 on top of the 9.88 for me. Amazon Prime is 2 day free shipping in my case. I generally order a few filters for each car once a year from Amazon, but good to have other alternatives.
