Default Engine swap-possible?

Hi i,m driving a 06 gs300 2wd,does anyone know whether if it,s possible to do an engine swap to gs350? Besides the engine what other parts do i need to change? Does the gs300 same the same transmission as the gs350? Thanks for helping.

I am sure anything is possible if you have enough money, I beleive the suspension is the same, brakes are different to handle the extra power in the car, but it is not an absolute necessity to swap. I beleive the air filter box, intake are different also. It is an expensive proposition, much easier to simply sell yours and get a new / used gs350 i am sure (unless singapore does not have 350s)

If you want more power, why not consider adding a turbo?

Exactly!!!

And then build up the transmission and drive train, put on some slicks, you'd have a 9 second 3GS!!!

Would you spend this kind of money? If there is a 3 gen GS offer at 1000hp?

Singapore does not have gs350 up for sale. I rekon the the gs350 engine looks identical,so no trouble from the authorities... We are not allowed to add on a turbo either.. Anyway i can get a gs350 half cut for about $6k so i think it's worth it. just need to know if it's possible....
