Great ! Now what?
1) scape as much as you can off
2) use a heat gun and a variety of paint scrapers to ease it out
3) Gasoline is an effective and fairly cheep solvent, or orange oil which is like $50 a gallon, works too... keep sparks from the heat gun away from the gas!! use lots of old towels and them toss them
4) repeat and it will work out perfect !

you guys are too silly...

OP, glad you scraped it off best as you could. I was going to tell you that there will be uneven tire wear if you kept it on, and the tire will continue to make noise until the end of its life if you didn't get rid of it.

that crap would have probably worn your suspension out more than it needs to be worn out too! So be glad you put your two hours in
