OH AND I CAN WATCH WHILE IN MOTION TOOOO....

ok, there are 4 wires that you need to cut...

1st plug on the back of your nav unit is called k47, you need to cut 3 wires on this plug. this 3 wires are all come from the back up camera as you can see in the detail of the 1st plug k47. and the wires that are to be cut are red, white and black. the red and white wire are video input from your after market dvd..

2nd plug on the back of the nav unit called h1, this is the plug where you can also do the nav hack...but on this plug for this mod, you need to cut the silver wire with silver dot on it and connect to a +12v then connect throuh=gh a switch to activate the back up camera even though youre not in reverse mode. the +12v is to trigger the camera even when it is not in reverse.

1st plug.....K47 on your Multi-Display (Signal = Connector & PIN # = Wire Color):
Nothing interesting here. This connector contains signals from the voice guidance, the backup camera, DVD image signal and Microphone stuff.


2nd plug.....h1 (not "H1") on your Nav ECU & Multi-Display (Signal = Connector & PIN # = Wire Color):
GND = h1 PIN 6 = G
SPD = h1 PIN 16 = W-B
(Provided FYI only): REV = h1 PIN 15 = GR-B
Note: There is no PKB signal present on connector h1

ill take picture later and show yall what i am talking about, but with that above you should be able to do this mod if you are talented...hahaha. ill post picture tomorrow

 

this mod will only works on 07 gs350....06 gs300 people be aware of this... if i have the wiring diagram of the 06, i might be able to figure it out...because the '06 is totally different from the '07..
