Alright, thinking of vanity tag names for the heck of it...although wife hates them. I would have 5 characters to work with on a patriotic color type tag.
Just looking for ideas on anything related to a Matador Red GS430 car, patriotic, golf related, speed related, etc. Its a little cheezy I know and some I have looked into and are already taken. Probably won't do anything but I always have laughed at the idea but thought this was a creative group to throw something like this out there.
So, what ideas are out there for 5 characters on a license tag...

I have "BLK LEXS" on mine.
You could go with "RD LEX"

 

I'm guessing the patriotic color type tag has a flag or something that limits the number of letters for that tag...? I have a Jaguars (NFL) tag and the Jaguar face takes up 2 spaces.

 

I am going to Orlando next week. I'll look for those tags.

 

Not sure why you'd add a vanity plate that says "Red Lexus" (abbreviated) and put it on the back of a, er, Red Lexus. Seems obvious without the plate.

Why not something like: NVRL8. Here's one that's good if you like to speed a lot and want to avoid camera tickets, or increase the odds that the ticket will have the wrong tag #: I1IIl

Its actually the SALUTES FIREFIGHTERS Tag so it was the red, white and blue tag and a face of a firefighter with the mask on it takes up the 2 spaces on that particular tag. No, I'm not a firefighter (as I imagine you don't play for the jags..haha) but the only other patriotic looking tag had MLK on it so I passed on that one. The NVRL8 was clever but I would need the one that was ALWAYSL8. I saw a post for BahBy but it was taken in Fla. too

Does the DMV in FL have a web site where you can type in a tag and see if it is available? The VA DMV site is really nice to play around in. After retiring from Ohio State, I went for " XPROF." But, they omitted the leading space and distributed the letters and made it look more like "OXPROF."

A friend suggested playing off the "block O" of the logo and trying "LDFART."

I don't think it would have flown, though.
