I know I've been bothering you all with my on-going saga to get a black on black GS350... well today I've finnally got word from the dealer. He said he's located it and it should be ready on or around the 13th.

He even gave me the VIN number. Can I do anything cool with this at the lexus site?

Congrats, I was thinking about sending you a stright jacket if you had to wait another week.

As a matter of fact, you can go to http://lexus.com/owners and enter the new car. You type in the VIN number and select the button that you OWN the car. Then, you can verify the model and color by the VIN and download the owner's manual (in pieces). The Lexus site doesn't seem to mind that you don't actually have possession of the car. It'll make for a couple of weeks good reading while you await delivery: It has for me.

Hang in there. It will worth the wait.

But Im kinda getting that way now since my saleslady refuses to call me or return my calls. She used to call me and let me know everything I wanted before I put the deposit down... Since then she has not called me... maybe once without me calling her first to try to find out about the car. Well I finally talked to her today after calling her and leaving messages for 3 days with her voicemail ( I called her again today and finally got a hold of her ) and she says it will be ready by the end of this week... It docked on 03/22... Im gonna go nuts if this lady does not have my car ready by then.
Moral of the story, Bozer, stay on top of these clowns, and make sure you get that GS ASAP! Oh yeah and read the manual on the Lexus website as I have been doing! Congrats & Good Luck!
