So here's a question for you all.

When watching movies and it is on a black screen part, or when the light gets dark, movie at night shot...., or when I put a towel on the back camera, and the screen shows completely BLACK color, I see two small lines
9kind of a small static line) about 1/3 each section, horizontally from left to right...

I took my car in and they check every new car on the lot, and each car is the same.

I was hoping to get this fixed, but they say it's normal.

Is this? Do the check and tell me what you find....

If you have a Sony computer monitor it has lines accross the top and bottom. One pixel width. Is this the same thing you are seeing? Maybe Sony is making the screens. On the tubes it is their trade mark.

However, I'm not sure about these touch screens. I have not looked that close at mine. Does this sound like the lines you are seeing?

 

nope, not really. it's more of a static line. not a specific pixel of a line.
just a light static line 1/3 from top, and again 1/3 from bottom.

my guess is that if you look REALLY close, after you put a towel on the rear camera, and the screen shows completely black you'll have it too.

I tried this on 8 new car's all models and it did the same thing.
It's not super noticeable, but it is there.
