Here is the deal. I'm on the auto sale websites such as cars.com and autotrader.com and see prices for a full loaded '06 GS430 range from $43,995 up to $50k. They are basically identical in options, but I can't see why the prices vary so much when mileage does not. The one for 44k has less miles than the ones selling for $50k, although the 50k ones are selling from Lexus dealers. I just would like someone's input on this topic.
I'm interested in a full loaded GS430 with under 10k miles and around 41k-42k? Is price of $43,995 a great deal. Seems they won't budge from this price. Fully loaded with under 7k miles.
Its a tough deal to fing but they are there. In october before I bought the GS300, I offered 41,000 to a dealer for a 2006 GS430 with about 7k on it.He said no,so,I offered 42 k. He said he would think about it.A week later,I found my current ride. There is no doubt in my mind that he would have sold the car for 43k if I offered that amount.
xinlee, those are asking prices; that's why there is so much variation. The asking price differences come from the variations in the level of ignorance and greed on the sellers' part. If you want more of a realistic picture of the market prices, check out Ebay Motors and look for BuyItNow listings, or call the selling dealers. It's usually very aggressive (price-wise) dealers that advertise on Ebay motors.
I was just on Ebay. There are reasonable prices on a few 2006 GS430,s.Check uit out,I think there was one with 500 miles with an asking price of 45K.
I just saw that on ebay. That is very low price compared to others on those sites. I will continue to speak with dealers with these cars. Maybe this one on ebay could be a benchmark for my negotiating.

Just make sure you ask whether the car has been in any accident before you proceed with negotiations.
I've looked at the carfax reports along with some other auto agency (autocheck?) and the reports for the vehicles show clean histories. Also, they show the state where the first owner was located, none of whom where located in the southern hurricane states.
