Finally got my custom pedal kit installed today... here are some pics.
Source: ultimatepedals.com Cost: varies depending on # of pedals ordered (I ordered all 4: parking brake, foot rest, brake, gas - which was about $300 +/-). They feel great when in use, esp. the main brake pedal. Fit & finish was excellent... kit was easy to install - about 1 hour total. You'll need a strong drill, 8mm socket or wrench, #2 philips screwdriver, and small drill bits (I used various sizes to drill pilot holes in some cases, so I used about 2-3 different diameter bits during the install). Kit comes with all the screws and nuts needed.
Custom Berber mats... make sure you specify RWD or AWD to get the correct set for your car. btw, they have edged holes in the exact spots to fit with the OEM car mat anchors... very happy with them.... $108 + shipping I think....
Thanks for the words guys.... as far as getting more stock mats, I guess I could have added a set of black OEM mats instead of the aftermarket berber ones, but the quote I got from the dealer was way more than $150 if I recall.... if you can get them for $65, that is really good. I just want nice black mats I can trash and not worry about... later I can always put my OEM cashmere colored mats back in if needed... they are in a bag in the garage for now... love their color, but way too impractical for me to use daily... I track way too much dirt into a car it seems...
Yes I do, AWD has a HUGE hump in the middle of the floor as well preventing anyone to sit in the middle of back seat. So, between baby car seat on the right and hump in the middle, I can only have 1 passenger in the back. I actually tried taking a picture of my front side wall bump, but due to my black interior you can't really see it. I'm getting used to it now and I'm sure in another month will not even notice it, but during the long trips I end up readjusting the seat to keep foot fatigue down. This is my ONLY complain/whining with the car
