2007 Climate airflow preferences
Something I've noticed as the weather has gotten colder is regardless of what I seem to do the climate control always defaults to foot level heating/cooling. I'd much rather have a mixed upper/body level and foot level airflow as I seem to get warm feet (better than cold feet
) quickly and then remember that the default is foot level so I switch it to multi-level and everything is fine.
I've ask my service coordinator and he claimed it was "standard" so I claimed I wanted non-standard. The manual on page 186 claims "Cool air may flow to the area around the upper body when the heater is on."
I think I spend more time on the climate screen than the audio screen as I'm constantly adjusting air speed, level, and turning off the compressor.
