Default 350AWD mpg?

So what are you guys getting? I can't get past 18 mpg (usually around 17 mpg) with combine driving. What are you guys getting with city driving? Should it be this low?

Hmmm...are you using only premium gasoline? I get around 21 city with my RWD - somewhat less if it's all short starting and stopping, but rarely as low as 18, and that's only in the first mile or two after filling up. I easily get 29+ on the highway, and my record is 32.5 for a 100-mile stretch in the Mojave Desert.

Sounds about right for a car with 3.5L displacement and this weight...
Keep in mind the AWD is at least 2mpg less fuel efficient due to the
extra weight.

Don't go by the EPA ratings on the window stickers. Those numbers
are fictional

Actually, I used to get around 16-17 mpg city driving when I first got my car in the first 2 months. Now it is averaging perfect 21 MPG in the city and 25-26 on the highway at 80 mph. Allow the car to break in and used premium fuel. Make sure your PSI on the tires are 35-36, not 33 which is low for Lexus.

I average 26 MPG with my GS300 AWD in mixed driving. The worst I've done is 24.5 and the best was 29.5 on a road trip to Phoenix. Even with yours being a 350 it sounds low.
