please insert correct map disk

i was something changin in nav menu and after i have this notice. I dont know how to delete it...
please help

You may have inadvertantly ejected your NAV DVD - open the glove box and see if there is a disk sticking out - make sure it's not upside down or anything lol. If that fails there's always the dealer
