Do you keep your interior light setting at thie highest or lowest?

Do you keep your interior light setting at thie highest or lowest?
I set mine so that when i am driving at night, there are lights coming outta the foot are and one of the three lots on the top stays on.....im curious if i leave it at this setting....how long before the lights burn out?
