Default Tricks for 2007 GS 350

Does anyone know how to turn off the Oil maintenance and seat belt warnings in the 2007 GS 350? I don't have the "flip console" or same odo and reset buttons that are mentioned in tricks for earlier models.

Thanks

Default DOME and Interior lights.

Does anyone know how to set your dome/interior lights to all light up whenever you open any doors? If i open the driver side door only the driver side dome light lights up. At night the car is extremely dark.

Some excellent advice in this thread!

The one thing that I could not find, was installing an aftermarket Headunit. I do not even know where to begin!

Just out of curiosity, how do you remove the silver plate covering the middle of the engine?
Thanks!

I can't believe it's that simple without damaging clips or something.
Thank you.

  3. Push engine-on button once (with foot off the gas pedal) to go to ACC mode. Press and hold “RESET” and "ODO TRIP" buttons down simultaneously.
  4. Hold both buttons down for 7-10 seconds after the ACC mode is on. After the above operation, the master warning light comes on, a warning tone sounds and the above message appears to inform you that the engine oil maintenance data has been reset.
does anyone know of the procedure for GS350 AWD? Since this does not work.

There is no separate instructions, this should work, perhaps you are skipping something

Tried the seatbelt buzzer mod, works great. Thanks to whoever posted that!

Is there any mod for getting the "I agree" screen off when you start the car?
It's a pain to hit that stupid button EVERY time you want to do something.

Also, is there a better tire for the GS350 to reduce tire noise? I have the low profile Dunlops (stock) and they are noisy.
I really don't care about performance, just want a tire that is quiet. Is it a tire issue? Do I need to switch to a luxury tire or what?

Thanks
