I imagine you have all seen the new bodykits, etc. posted. I am about to pull the trigger on the fabulous front lip and rear canards... the only thing is that I am wondering if it will still look good without side skirts. I have the full brochure at home and the car looks fine, but their model is black, so you can't REALLY tell.

My buddy insists that a lot of companies do it this way. Also, rear canards vs. full rear lip. What do you guys think?

My other choices are the JP kit (which also does not include side skirts) or the pre-painted JDM kit which has side skirts.

I am looking for something clean and simple. Nothing too aggressive.

I am also almost pulling the trigger on the Fabulous front lip and
the INGS rear lid spoiler. No side skirts, since there is not a single
complete kit that really does it for me. Let us know what your
experience with the lip is in terms of fitment and also post pics
when you do get it painted and fitted

About the JP kit, the pictures they have are absolutely awful (tiny and
unclear). Maybe they're not confident on how it looks, but I just
don't see how anyone can buy their kit based on those

 

I think the Fabulous lip without anything else will look real good. It will look like it came that way.
I agree about the side skirts, nothing is quite doing it for me yet.

 

Just ordered the Fabulous front lip. It was a hard decision between this
one and the LX-mode lip I liked a lot. I passed on the rear canards, since
they were expensive for what they are and look kind of funny to me (curved),
especially from the rear view... I may wait for a full rear lip (the INGS one
looks pretty decent) or I may do nothing.

It's going to take a couple of months to get this done, but when I do I will
post some pics. Hopefully it will look good.
