Outside of what some car salesman would tell me, anyone know of an unbiased resource to determine what the trade-in value would be on a black '06 GS300 RWD w/ 13K miles and One-Touch Open/Close Moonroof, Rain-sensing variable intermittent windshield wipers with mist control, headlamp washers and Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS), Ventilated front seats, Rear spoiler, Power rear-window sunshade and Preferred Accessory Package (includes Cargo net, Trunk mat and Wheel locks)?

I don't have a source, but I talked to a customer at the Lexus dealership a few weeks ago who had just traded his 06GS with 10K miles and he got 7K under invoice. With new GS's selling near invoice, IMO about 15% less than invoice is fair.

 

costanza, are you giving up on your GS?

 

if you look at completed auctions on ebay, you'll see some sold for under $40K....so don't expect to get $40K when you trade it in.
