apparently the prius forum has lot of good lexus info on nav and electronics because of shared electronics. Does any one know where this would be connected in the 2006 gs300 nav system??

I'm not sure about undoing the I Agree screen, but the mods in here allow everything else, entering addresses while in motion, blue tooth, DVD video enabled, etc.

Also, you can enable the ability to enter addresses while in motion by hitting an override button in the Nav system, check out this thread:
