Default Hi all!

Glad I found this great site. I just purchased my BO GS and Indigo SC for my wife from DCH here @ Oxnard and just can't wait to start the detailing next week! Traded my '02 M5 in and the dealer gave me over blue book for the trade-in. We were actually looking at the LS to begin with, but decided it looks a bit "old" - afterall, I'm only a tad past 50 yrs young! Considered the ES, but we both agreed it looktoo much like the Camry. We turn to the left side hallway and there it was in Onyx. I had a black ML before and knew it was taxing to detail, but we just fell in love with the showroom shine. Glad to join clublexus.com and look forward to meeting some of yall

It's funny how I do not miss her at all. Plenty of memories in it and drives great, but to be honest, I'm at a point in life where luxury is more important than power. I'm glad the GS has a nice combination of both. We actually spoke to New Century a few days ago about the new M5, but was told they're listing it for $15,000 over sticker and that they are willing to "work with" us on pricing. I'm sure they will find someone to buy those at such a huge markup, just not me.

Congrats on your new pair of Lexus cars. The new M5 is great from a performance perspective but its just too ugly in the rear for me. Now your old 02 M5...that's a classic design I think will only look better with age.

Thx guys. I just had Premier come over today and put the clearbra on the front noses of our babies. After doing some extensive internet researching, I decided to use them over the local companies. It was a great decision on our part because they put the film on with the raw material and began cutting away. One cannot fathom the type of work they do unless you see them do it in person. They got here at about 1pm today and just left about 30 minutes ago. Sam and two others (apologetically, I do not remember their names) put the film on the entire hood, bumper, mirror backs, fenders, and the nose. When I came back out I couldn't even tell there was anything on the bumper and hood. They somehow got it around the SC's washers without any outline of the seam showing! All I can say is these guys are great and highly recommend them to anyone. Hope you guys didn't hit too much traffic heading back to Santa Ana. Next time you are in town, give us a call and we will buy lunch. Enjoy your stay here!
