That's SanseiGS43's car during roll-in at the TORC - 10th anniversary Toyotafest in Long Beach. That was last year in May ...in the morning just before the fog started to burn off. We (ClubLexus) had 15 vehicles there and our own mod LXOGOOD won best Lexus at that event.

The HID's from what I recall are 6k both headlights and fogs. There are Scions and Toyotas in there because it's a "Toyotafest".
