Default Problems with Mark Levinson Unit

Bought the '06 GS in August and has been working great until very recently. Now when I try and engage the CD/DVD changer, it just sounds like it's grinding its internal motors for a few minutes before the display finally gives up with "DVD ERROR". Anyone have anything similar happen to them?

Nope, no problems here. What are you trying to play? A CD, DVD, burned CD, etc...? Maybe the disc is the problem.

Sounds like a trip to the dealer is in your future. Sorry.

are you able to eject the discs? try some other discs. i wonder if the dics you put in are too thick or something. did you put label on them? if so, that's a big no-no
