Jimeny Christmas... Please use spell check!

Also, Lo-Jack, personally I think is a great invention. I used to install then when I worked at the car dealership around my neck-o-the-woods. Great investment. Also, some insurance companies do give rate breaks for those that have Lo-Jack. Even if they find the car all torn to bits and missing pieces, it's better than not recovering the car all together.

Like the last poster said, if they are stealing the car, usually they are going to have a key or a tow truck. In either case, it's a good thing to have to a location of the car and be able to recover it, and any of the items inside.

Who really wants a striped or stolen car back? your Resale pop there goes 5-10k off the price it will be as if u had a mager crash, that is if they strip it good but not good enough to total it, 2nd they will NEVER get the inside to look right there will always be gaps or riddles, lo-jack is good for peace of mind but if someone if going to steel my car, I say let them, I do not want it back after it has be molested and I try keep my car safe at all times but if they wont it so bad, and get it don’t bring it back to me,burn it strip it do whatever just make shore its done because after they take it I don’t wont it back who knows what kind of drugs or harmful stuff has been in my car. I say if lo jack give u peace of mind spend the 750-1k for it cheaper then popin a xanax ever time u park your car, BTW I was a lo jack buyer get my car back no mater what till my friend car was taken cops chanced them down, car was ripped seats, smoked in "weed", beer smell in the carpet, dents everywhere then was keep by the cops 9 days because they held up a place with the car he got it back, 12k to fix everything inside and still never was right went to resell it 7k off car resale to dealer trading for 41k,but he only got 32k CARFAX lol. And for the insurance companies that give rate breaks its like maybe 100-200max a year meaning u have to have the car 5 years till it pays of but in 5 years u got to renew lo jack and pay it all over agen that’s if u have your car 5 years

Guys, keep on topic please.

sofl, please don't take offense but the other members do have a point. The last few replies of yours are very difficult to understand what you are trying to say. There aren't really any forum rules you're breaking, but you will cause a lot of people to respond saying they don't understand a word you're typing. Please slow down and proof your posts for the rest of us!

lo jack is only useful where it have coverage.

So if you are outside of coverage area, you are out of luck.

There are GPS based tracking product available now.
