Question Anyon else with new wheels?

I need wheels on my blk 06. I would love to get a little lip, and was thinking of pushing to 19", but I have zero knowledge of wheels and sizes. Based on a visual, I would think 19's would fit w/o rubbing??

Anyone want to share pics for me to get some ideas?

Anyone have any ideas on putting 19's on the 06 GS3?

after seeing the car in person, i think if you get the right width and offset, 20s will be totally fine too. the car is too new for me to know the width and offset setup though, it's hard to tell right now. if someone has width and offset info and i see the car in person maybe i can get better ideas

You can definitely have 19's and even 20's. What ever you prefer.

Do you think you will want to stagger them?(Bigger Back width and Smaller Front)
If you stagger you will not be able to rotate.

Your wheels from factory are 7.5 inches wide.

Do you think you want a wider look?

You can do 19x9.5 in the rear. I forgot what offset. I have a few photos of a new Black 06 GS at Longo w/Volk LE37T's.

The OEM wheels are 17x7.5? Even the 2GS got 17x8.

thanks!

Any pics would be great.

This is my everyday ride, so didn't think of 20s since I figured going to a 35 profile would take away any comfort in the ride. I guess I was thinking the same about 19s as well?

I'm in OC. If you want you can drive mine, if you want to see the ride difference.

You'll be surprised. Not much change. The positives out weigh the negatives.

2x9 Front and Rear.

Neo-Yep 7.5, that is why it was a priority to replace them.

You're forgetting that the 17x8 was the best choice for the Gen2. the 16x7.5 were the standard rims. Now, the 17x7.5 are the standard rims and the 18x8 as the best choice. Nothing wrong with that. Step above the 16x7 only for the Gen 1.
