i think the gs350 and gs460 will be released for the 2007 model year as posted by ChuH. Lexus is releasing the 2006 models early in 2005 to get 1 1/2 year long sales cycle. Lexus USA will try to squeeze out all the "must have/can't wait dollars" out of buyers with the 2006 models, then they have to release the higher performance models in 2007 to compete with BMW and MB.We should boycott the purchases of the 2006 gs(s) until 2007 to fight against this type of marketing and sales plots against GS diehards.

sad but maybe true...but imho, you are right, i wouldn't even consider any of the 06. must have some little problems here and there, less powerful engines, nah....
