steering column motors

My 2013 GS350 columns up/down extend/retract motor works but the gears are stripped. I can hear the motor operating and have since disconnected them so I don't hear them cycle every time I get in or out of the car. Does anyone know if there is a kit to repair them or do I need the replace both motor assemblies and if so someone know who sells them other than the Dealer?
