Default Driver side air servo motor

Does anyone know how and what do I need to remove in order to access the upper left servo motor? My AC is stuck on cold which isn't ideal when it's -15 outside.

Decided to scan it with techstream, no DTC's leading to the servos, thinking that the cabin radiator might be clogged up. I ran the servos separately through the computer and I did hear a faint noise so I'm pretty sure the servo is operational. Also what I found out is that the servomotor values for driver and passenger sides seem to be flipped, so when you are blasting full heat the D (driver) servo is showing values around 100 (from 0-255) and P (passenger) servo is showing values around 5 (from 0-255). Did the recalibration as well and nothing changed. This is a heads up for anyone having the same issue in the future, just changing your temp from HI to LO is not enough to diagnose a faulty servomotor since the passenger side and middle ones are way louder than the driver side.
