Gs has anti lag feature?

First time posting so I don’t know how everything works yet but I’ve had my 2007 gs350 for about 2 years now and I’ve always noticed that when I’m driving and I stop to rev it sometimes it won’t rev all the way but it revs like it has a “anti lag” in a way it will hold it at 5k and sounds like it’s popping with my foot all the way done but I have to keep pushing it on and off for it to continue or else it will hold it at 5k still but smooth if that makes sense I’m not worried about it probably normal but just wondering if any one else’s gs does this I’ll include a video if anyone want to hear it thank you.
