Default Caliper touching rim

Hey guys, what’s up? I recently had the brake pads changed, but I drove the car now. I am experiencing some of these issues.

Double check the bolts on the caliper, looks like one may have fell off or was not put back if rotors were changed out too

As @w1ngt said, it looks like thecaliper bolts were not properly fitted or tightened. I would not drive the car like this...it can go wrong very quickly.
You can actually remove the wheel and try to understand what's happening, but I would say 99%, at least one of the bolts are gone.
