Default Switch panel

I have 06 GS300, anyone knows how to remove the left hand side drop down switch panel that houses the fuel door, folding mirrors ETC?
I was able to release the top but couldn’t figure out how to release the bottom.
It also has the coin tray that opens below.
I need to remove the complete housing to repair the release button that is not retracting

My problem is not electrical, it's mechanical. The button that releases the drop-down switch tray is not working. Thanks anyway!
