Default Does this look right? Engine hose looks collapsed

Is this hose supposed to be collapsed like this? The CEL is on, and I'm trying to figure out if this could be the cause. Codes are P0023 & P0348

@Champstar That hose is for the PCV system and shouldn't have a 180 degree bend in it. It looks like it may be have been replace with a hose from the parts store instead of the OEM Lexus molded hose. However, that has nothing to do with the codes you have. Those are both camshaft position sensors codes.

Common for this to go loose, what I did was I just pulled the hose out and put a thick layer of hard sillicone, my big plug was pretty loose and let air into the intake, fooling the maf sensor and triggering a fault code. You can purchase a new one, but not needed its been many years and mine has held up fine.

I would also examine hose especially on the other side of that hose it sometimes comes loose or cracks form in the hose itself
