Default 07 GS430 starting issue plz HELP....

Yesterday the car started and moved fine....then tonight i went to start my car it seemed as if it was struggling to start i heard something like break and the engine died....i then tried to start again as i thought thats very weird its never done it before and it was just turning over and over...i quickly have checked timing belt it seems intact..battery is fine its new. Last week when i last drove it i did seem to notice it wasnt very happy and seemed rather sluggish and almost not much power not normal anyway. I havent changed s/plugs or really done any of those maintenance things i should be doing! The car has just gone over 213,000kms and not sure if timing belt or really anything in the engine has been changed. Gosh this all sounds so bad but lately i havent been able to afford the thought of even replacing anything. Any thoughts on what possibly could be causing my car not to turn over would be much appreciated. I need my car but i need to win lotto too lol hope you can help this woman in need. Also im located in NZ so if u know a guy that knows that guy, or you are that guy...i need to hear from you plz. Cheers

Yes there is oil in the engine. Ive just tried to start it again and its trying to turn over and i noticed it almost does but there was a plume of grey smoke that came out of the exhaust when it was close to turning over i took a video of the dash ill see if i can upload hopefully the sound will be ok to hear what its turning over like. I dont want to do it too many times incase i wreck more....
