Default Need help asap!!!!!

Hi, Im kinda new at this, but heres my situation. I blown my headgasket on my 01 IS300 abt 6 months ago and I finailly got it all back together. My problem is that its turning over (not that fast) and won't start. Its getting fuel, not sure about the spark though. I had a spark plug out and turn engine over and didnt see a spark. So how would I fix that? Is there a module i can check? Would the engine turn over slow because timing is off? I had marks on my cam gears and crank pulley to line up my timing, what is the correct timing for my IS? Any other info would be greatly appreciated. You could text me at 985 662 2948 or answer here. Thanks.

Double check the timing. I have seen 2jz's turn over slowly due to incorrect timing. Willing to bet thats your problem.. Also charge/check the battery and terminals just in case its something simple.
