Default Ac problem

Hi, please I'm hoping you'd reply me, I have a Lexus 2006 gs300, i noticed that each time I turn of the AC, and drive, the passenger vent keeps smoking, especially if I go fast, at normal speed it doesn't do that, also this doesn't happen when I turn on the AC, it only happens when the AC is off, and I'm driving fast, please help me

@2006Gs300user - You posted in the wrong forum. This is the 4GS forum.

You should have posted in the GS - 3rd Gen (2006-2011).

Hopefully a moderator will move your post to the correct 3GS forum and start a new thread for you...

Maybe a valve cover is leaking oil on the header and that smoke is entering you cabin. If thats the case I would repair it as soon as possible, as this can ignite a huge fire

Hi, thank you for replying, so yesterday I changed the valve cover, the oil seal cover and clean the engine area of oil residue, but I'm still having the same issue

Was the valve cover leaking before you replaced it? Have you checked for any other oil leaks in the engine, like behind the crank pulley, or timing belt cover? But when stuff like this happens most common is the valve covers leak onto the headers and smoke rises into the cabin. Try cleaning out the pcv valve, its easy to reach it sits near the fire wall. Remove it spray cleaner inside of it and make sure the ball inside is loose and not stuck. There cheap, you can find new ones at the dealer or parts store
