Default 2011 high mileage maintenance

Hi guys, new on CL, looking for some recommendations. I just picked up a 2011 gs350 donor car for a motor swap project. I was wondering what sort of preventative work I should be considering while the engine is out, and easy to work on. I expect to at least be resealing valve covers, timing cover and oil pan (upper and lower, as I will likely have to modify a little). Anything I should be paying attention to inside the engine while it's open? Any reason to consider replacing timing chain or guides? Any reason to pull heads? I'm not looking to do a full rebuild, but I want to take care of any potential concerns before it gets installed into the new vehicle.

Thanks
