Upper Control Arms Replacement
What wrong with your upper control arm? On mine I had the upper control arm ball joint go bad. I was able to buy an aftermarket ball joint for pretty cheap and had it pressed in.
If the bushings are bad, maybe you can find and replace just the bushings. I recently bought lower control arm bushing from a company from thailand seems pretty good quality.

My mechanic noticed a play in the bushings, there is a loud clunking knocking, I have brand new struts, struts mounts, sway bar end links, end-links bushings, lower control arms bushings, etc...
The bushings last pretty long time, that clunking could possibly from a strut top mount. Did you ever replace them, when you changed out the front struts? They do sell aftermarket bushings that you can press into the oem upper control arms

The arm is still original, strut top was just changed this week, brand new strut and mount KYB, All 4 new struts KYB. My mechanic recommend to just buy the whole control arm instead of the bushings, I was thinking about getting Beck/Arnley, what do you think?
B/A are pretty descent! Ive heard good things about them using parts from taiwan. Did you check to see if rockauto was cheaper?
