So I bought my car around a year ago. After 6 months I randomly got the “CHECK VSC” warning on my dash as well as the skid mark light and asb light. Check the picture below. I replaced my battery that was bad and they went away for around 100 miles. I’ve seen other posts with similar problem but they all have the check engine light on, which I don’t. I’m lost.
I would have the alternator checked out, it could be that its dropping voltage while you are driving. I would also check battery terminals to verify there not broken and clean.
A bad alternator can destroy batteries, and starter. If you find the alternator is bad, then I would replace with denso or oem. You can even go for a used alternator from a low mileage car. Sites like car-part.com can cross reference parts to other vehicles.
The battery terminals are intact and I don't see/hear any of the signs that it would be bad. I did buy the car lowered, so I got it checked by a mechanic recently, and they said it could be because it's time to replace my suspension.
